The LIHEAP Performance Management Help Desk is available to help LIHEAP grant recipients access all the resources and tools hosted on the LIHEAP Performance Management Website (PMW). APPRISE manages the Help Desk and is available to furnish the following types of personalized one-on-one technical assistance:
- Training and demonstrations on how to use the Data Warehouse
- Providing statistics and reports available through the Data Warehouse
- Assistance with understanding Performance Measures data and how it can be used to inform program planning
The Help Desk will be available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. APPRISE staff are generally available to respond to requests. We encourage you to contact the Help Desk with any requests or questions.
